The fastest way to get help is email. We read every message and reply from Reykjavík, usually within a couple of days.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account and data in the app at Settings → Delete account, or on the web at talus.cloud/delete-account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Your privacy and data

What we collect, how it is used, and how deletion works is laid out in the privacy policy. Location is never used for advertising or tracking, and your data is never sold.

Reset your password

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. The reset email opens a secure page where you set a new password. If you signed in with Apple, you do not have a password; sign in with Apple again instead.

Reporting a problem

Found a bug in the beta? Email us with your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot helps a lot. Safety-related issues get looked at first.
